At JoyHearth, we're excited to bring a little Christmas magic straight to your doorstep. We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. JoyHearth is not responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout. If there is an issue caused on our side, we will make it right at no additional cost.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times, especially in December.
🎄 Christmas delivery: we recommend ordering by December 8 for delivery before Christmas.
Tracking Information
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
